Manage the lead lifecycle from capture to handoff, including scoring, nurturing, and performance tracking
Email Marketing & Automation
Own the email marketing strategy including newsletters, drip campaigns, product updates, and lifecycle automations.
Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve engagement, click-through, and conversion rates.
Optimize for inbox placement and lead nurturing effectiveness.
Website Optimization & CTA Strategy
Own and improve conversion pathways across the website, including CTAs, forms, and landing pages.
Collaborate with content and design teams to enhance visitor journeys and increase demo requests or lead submissions.
A/B test user flows and optimize for higher engagement.
Digital Advertising & Media Management
Manage or oversee agency partners running paid search, social, and display advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
Write briefs, review creative, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns are aligned with revenue and lead goals.
Continuously test and refine ad messaging, targeting, and landing page experiences to drive efficiency and ROI.
Funnel Performance & Analytics
Track the full marketing funnel from traffic to closed deals using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards.
Measure campaign performance, identify drop-off points, and run experiments to improve conversion rates across each stage.
Report regularly on KPIs, including CPL, Lead-to_MQL rate, and revenue contribution.
Inbound Strategy & Collaboration
Partner with content marketing and SEO to align campaigns with top-performing assets and drive organic growth.
Support product launches and feature rollouts with promotional campaigns and lead-gen assets.
Work closely with Sales and Business Development to ensure smooth MQL to SQL handoffs and feedback loops.
Martech & Process Enablement
Ensure clean data hygiene, accurate attribution, and seamless integration between marketing tools and CRM.
Evaluate and recommend tools to improve marketing performance and scalability.
Maintain documentation and process playbooks for repeatable campaign execution.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
3 to 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on growth, demand generation, and inbound campaigns.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign execution.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional leadership skills.
