Onboarding Specialist

 

Job Description


We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to help grow revenue and relationships by leading technical implementations and educating customers on how to use Admiral. We need a creative problem solver who can identify and execute solutions for business challenges. Previous experience in digital marketing and/or advertising is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Train new customers on how to use Admiral

  • Design, implement and launch digital campaigns

  • Demonstrate the value of Admiral through remote and in-person training

  • Evaluate and troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Provide technical support.

Qualifications:

  • +2 years experience in digital marketing and/or advertising.

  • Strong communication and writing skills.
