Product Marketer



Position Overview:


We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Marketer to lead the go-to-market strategy for our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding market needs, defining product positioning and messaging, and executing marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, creative execution, and analytical skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and drive business results.


Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis and Segmentation: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Identify target market segments and develop customer personas to inform product positioning and messaging strategies.

  • Product Positioning and Messaging: Define clear and compelling value propositions for our SaaS products that resonate with target audiences. Develop messaging frameworks, product narratives, and sales collateral to effectively communicate the unique benefits and features of our offerings. Collaborate with Product and Customer Love for in-app messaging, cross-selling, upselling, and communicating new features.

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts. Develop launch timelines, marketing assets, and promotional campaigns to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. Develop marketing assets such as landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, webinars, and sales enablement materials to support campaign objectives.

  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the tools, training, and collateral they need to effectively position and sell our products. Develop product guides, presentations, and demo scripts to help sales reps communicate product value and overcome objections.

  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Track and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to iterate on strategies and tactics, optimize campaign performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, messaging, and campaign execution.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborative team player with strong cross-functional leadership skills.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
